With the New Zealand Governments latest annoucement (Monday 14 September) regarding Auckland remaining at Alert Level 2.5 for at least one more week, Badminton North Harbour will continue to run their centre and courts as we are now. A further update will be made after the next announcement on Monday 21 September.
Continued Changes For Badminton
What strange times we are in! With the Government announcement today that they are leaving Auckland in Level 2.5 with number restrictions remaining at groups of 10, we will not be able to have any club bookings until at least the 17th of September. The Government will review the levels again on Monday the 14th…
Courts re-opening Monday 31 August – with restrictions
In accordance with the New Zealand Governments regulations at Level 2 (Auckland), Badminton North Harbour will be opening its facility for court use as of Monday 31 August at 9am. Court hire will be limited to individual court card holders and casual bookings only. There will be a limit of four (4) players (including spectators)…
Harbour Poised To Re-Open
Badminton North Harbour will be closed until Sunday at 12pm (midnight). Management are reviewing the new Level 2 criteria for Auckland, and will make an announcement about access to the badminton courts by Thursday 27 August. If courts have been cancelled due to the Level 3 restrictions, cardholders will be refunded.
