Due to the restrictions in place when returning to the courts to play, all court bookings will now have to be authorised before the court lights are activated.
For every booking made, a contact tracing form must be filled out with the contact details of each person associated with that booking.
How your booking will show on the booking screen now:
When you book a court under your user number or as a casual, the time you have booked will show on the screen in an orange colour. Once a staff member has sighted your contact tracing form and allocated an authorisation number, the colour will disappear and the court will be accessible to play on. The lights will not go on for a court until this process has been completed.
If your booking is showing orange, your booking has not been authorised.
