6.1 If a product is found to be faulty, it can be returned with proof of purchase. The product must be returned in its original packaging. If the return is due to an error by us, you will be credited in full.

6.2 Faulty goods will follow the normal return procedures for the specific brand.

6.3 Non-faulty products must be in saleable condition and may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.

6.4 You will be responsible for all delivery and insurance charges incurred for returning goods.

7.2 The purchase price is for goods supplied and is exclusive of installation and maintenance unless otherwise stated.

7.4 Purchase prices are given in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated.

7.5 You are bound to pay us the price once we accept your order. A quotation does not give rise to a binding contract until you place an order which we subsequently accept.
