Westlake Boys 1 and Westlake Girls teams have won the top titles at the New Zealand Secondary School National Championships in Hamilton. In the final tie, Westlake Boys 1 played Auckland Grammar winning 4-2. The girls were up against McLean’s College and also won their final tie 4-2. Westlake Boys 2 were playing in division 2 and took out the title against St Peter’s College. In a very close tie which came down to 3 matches all and 7 games to 6, Westlake Boys 2 just had enough to be the victors.
